These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and inquiries made through this website for photography services provided by Anna Riazanova.
1. Service
The service offered through this website is the:
Through Generations Family Session
2. Session Price
The session price is:
$250
3. What’s Included
The session includes:
- a 2-hour photography session
- 20–30 color-corrected images
- 3 fully retouched images
- delivery of the final gallery within 7–10 days
4. Booking and Payment
A session date is secured once a $50 non-refundable retainer has been paid.
Accepted payment methods include:
The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Rescheduling is possible if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the $50 retainer is non-refundable.
6. Service Area
The session price includes locations within 25 miles of Los Angeles.
For locations outside this area, an additional travel fee may apply.
7. Delivery
Final edited images are delivered within 7–10 days after the session.
Delivery time may vary slightly in unusual circumstances, but every effort will be made to deliver within the stated timeframe.
8. RAW Files
RAW files are not included and are not delivered.
9. Copyright
All images remain the intellectual property and copyright of the photographer, Anna Riazanova.
10. Client Use of Images
Clients receive a personal-use license for the delivered images.
This allows the client to:
- download the images
- print the images
- share them with family and friends
- post them on personal social media
Clients may not:
- sell the images
- use the images for commercial purposes
- submit the images to third parties for commercial use
- heavily alter or edit the images in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s work
11.1 Photographer Use of Images
The photographer may use images from the session for:
- portfolio
- website
- social media
- marketing
- advertising
11.2 Permits and Location Fees
Please note that the session price does not include permits, entrance fees, parking fees, or any other location-related costs. If the chosen location requires permission or a permit, it is the client’s responsibility to arrange and pay for it separately. Any fines or penalties related to photographing without the required permit are also the client’s responsibility.
12. Privacy Requests Regarding Image Use
I understand that every family is different. If privacy is important to you, image use can always be discussed in advance.
If you have privacy concerns or would prefer certain images not to be used publicly, this can be discussed before the session and considered on a case-by-case basis.
13. Artistic Discretion
The photographer retains creative and artistic discretion in how the session is photographed and edited.
14. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, submitting an inquiry through this website, or making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
